My name is Roger & I am 60 years old. It had been over 20 years since I had my hearing tested. The evaluation I received at The Hearing Clinic was professional, and only took a few minutes. I entered your office and was immediately at ease. I explained my problem and you offered me several options. I would have been happy with only one selection but being able to choose one was a bonus to me. I am so happy with my TV hearing system. Until I visisted your office I thought I would never be able to watch drama shows and hear all the words. Now I hear every word and the volume on the TV is in the normal range. One of the great surprises was the affordability of the system. I was also inititally concerned about assembling the systemand was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to pick it up. You had it assembled and charged it so all I had to do was plug it in. Thank you for reopening the closed TV door for me. You have made a big difference in my life. Carol

This was my first experience using an Audiologist to assess my hearing. The encounter was extermely reassuring. My concerns regarding my perceived increasingly limited ability to verbally engage with my family and in various public forums/surroundings were completely addressed. I am the mother of a 3-year old, Alex, going through speaking difficulties. Our pediatrician recommended we have his hearing tested and I have to admit I was very nervous. Upon arrival to The Hearing Clinic we were greeted by Dr. Sara Michael, Audiologist. She was so very friendly and cheerful and was just great with Alex. She was absolutely outstanding through the entire testing process. After Alex was tested I was tested myself and she did a great job keeping Alex comfortable and occupied. I couldn’t believe how quick and easy it was. And to find out Alex has perfect hearing, was a relief! Dr. Reinhart, Audiologist has been my audiologist for over a year. I soon realized she was a very friendly, professional, and detailed audiologist. She took all the time I needed to fully understand the hearing tests I took and made sure I fully understood what parts of speech I was missing out on and why. She provided me with several options for a hearing aid if I decided I wanted to wear one. At no time did she pressure me for a decision or steer me to a particular brand or style of hearing aid. She provided me detailed information regarding each option I had. Her constant smile, friendliness, attention to detail, patience and professionalism was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a professional. My main concern was to purchase a hearing aid that would allow me to hear and understand my granddaughter and other individuals I dealt with in my career which were mainly women. She explained in detail and with patience why I had difficulty hearing whole conversations with the people I mentioned to her. She never once pressured me to purchase a hearing aid. That decision was entirely on my own, but after she showed me how my hearing would improve I decided on a brand and it has made a big difference in my life. The Hearing Clinic is a very clean, professional office equipped with state of the art equipment to evaluate individuals with hearing loss. In addition to the friendliness and professionalism of my audiologist, I found her business partner, Dr. Michael, Audiologist to be just as friendly and professional. They both provide such a pleasant, comfortable, and friendly environment in the very professional office. I would highly recommend The Hearing Clinic to anyone who wants to improve their life with a hearing aid or o be evaluated with one they are already wearing. I have a long history of ear problems and knew I had hearing loss. I was hesitant to do anything about it because I was worried that people would see that I was wearing hearing devices. Dr. Reinhart, Audiologist made me feel comfortable with this whole process. Not only did she find something that helps me hear better but she also helped me choose a device that is so small that I don’t even notice it is there. I am excited because not only can I hear people further away but now I can hear my kids the first time they say something to me and I can hear my 3-year old daughter in the next room getting into mischief. Dr. Michael, Audiologist has been my Audiologist since 2004. She initially counseled my wife and myself regarding my hearing loss and my frustrations and concerns about it. She then worked with me in finding a solution that I was comfortable with. She understands that my schedule is busy and will always work me in. When my hearing device is being repaired she makes sure that I have a loaner hearing device to use so I am still able to communicate easily at work and at home.
